Mike Wolf may suspend or delete any account belonging to a user who does not meet the minimum age requirement.

Users may register through supported methods including Google, Apple, Huawei, Facebook, X, telephone number or email.

You are responsible for protecting your account and login credentials.

You must not sell, rent, share or transfer your account to another person.

Creating additional accounts to avoid restrictions, suspensions or bans is prohibited.

Mike Wolf provides social and entertainment services including voice rooms, conversations, profiles, posts, gifts, virtual currencies, memberships and games.

Users must use the application legally, responsibly and without harming other users, the application or its systems.

The application may not be used for illegal purposes or activities that violate these terms.

Users must maintain respectful and safe conduct within voice rooms and conversations.

Each user is responsible for statements, messages and activities carried out through their account.

Room owners and moderators may mute, remove or restrict users in accordance with room rules and Mike Wolf policies.

Mike Wolf does not guarantee that any room or conversation will remain permanently available.

Users may upload profile images, create posts, publish comments and participate in room discussions.

Users remain fully responsible for all content uploaded, published or transmitted through their accounts.

Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content they publish.

Mike Wolf may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Mike Wolf provides virtual currencies, gifts and digital items for use only within the application.

Virtual currencies and gifts are not real money, bank deposits or financial assets.

They may not be sold, transferred or exchanged outside systems officially approved by Mike Wolf.

Used or sent currencies and gifts are normally non-refundable unless required by law or the payment provider.

Mike Wolf may correct balances or cancel transactions caused by fraud, technical error or abuse.

Mike Wolf may provide VIP memberships and other premium features.

These benefits may be obtained using virtual currencies or other approved methods inside the application.

Membership duration, pricing and benefits are shown at the time of purchase.

A VIP membership does not grant permission to violate these terms or avoid moderation decisions.

The application may include entertainment games that use virtual points, currencies or digital items.

These games are provided for entertainment only and do not guarantee financial profit.

Games may not be used for real-money gambling, money laundering or unlawful transactions.

Using scripts, external programs, exploits or technical vulnerabilities to manipulate game results is prohibited.

Mike Wolf may appoint administrators and moderators to manage official rooms and enforce application policies.

Room owners may appoint moderators within the permissions provided by the application.

Moderators must use their authority fairly and may not abuse it for revenge, harassment or personal benefit.

Mike Wolf may remove moderator permissions or close rooms that violate application rules.

Users may report accounts, posts, comments, rooms or content that violate these terms.

Mike Wolf may review reports, available evidence and technical records before taking action.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

False, malicious or abusive reports are prohibited.

Mike Wolf may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

Decisions may consider the seriousness of the violation, available evidence and account history.

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where conduct creates a security, legal or safety risk.

Creating another account to avoid a suspension or ban is prohibited.

Purchases are processed through official payment systems provided by Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery or another approved provider.

Payments, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the store or payment provider used.

Mike Wolf is not responsible for rejected payments, delayed transactions or refund decisions made by payment providers.

Users must verify all purchase details before confirming payment.

Using stolen cards, compromised accounts or unauthorized payment methods is prohibited.

Fraudulent purchases, refund abuse and exploitation of technical errors or promotions are prohibited.

Mike Wolf may freeze virtual balances and benefits connected to suspicious transactions while investigating.

Currencies, gifts or benefits obtained illegally or through a technical error may be removed.

Users may request deletion of their account through the option provided inside the application or another official method designated by Mike Wolf.

After an approved deletion request, account data may be deleted, hidden or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Mike Wolf may retain limited records in secure systems where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, user protection, investigations or dispute resolution.

Information will be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for legal or security purposes.

Account deletion may not remove content that has been shared by other users or information that must be retained under applicable law.

The Mike Wolf name, logo, software, interfaces, graphics and official content are owned by or licensed to Mike Wolf.

Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, republish or commercially exploit the application without written permission.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Mike Wolf a non-exclusive license to store, display and process it as necessary to operate and protect the service.

The application is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Mike Wolf does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Users are responsible for their interactions and communications with other users.

Mike Wolf is not responsible for user-generated statements, actions or content, while retaining the right to moderate violations.

To the extent permitted by law, Mike Wolf is not liable for indirect losses caused by misuse of the application or violation of these terms.

Mike Wolf may add, modify or remove application features for technical, operational or legal reasons.

Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or updates.

Users must also comply with the policies of Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery and relevant login, payment and technology providers.

Mike Wolf may modify or restrict services to comply with legal requirements or provider policies.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Mike Wolf, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

Disputes should first be addressed through reasonable and good-faith efforts before being referred to the competent legal authority.

Mike Wolf may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical or operational changes.

Updated terms will be published on this page together with the latest revision date.

Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
